I'm not fearless or anything, hell, all my fears are irrational as fuck, but my two favorites would be John Carpenter's The Thing an 80's remake of The Fly.
I perfer Sci-fi/horror but a FULL horror movie that truly scred the shit out of me and still is Cujo.
(The Thing, Cujo, andThe Fourth Kind are really the only films that make me shit bricks.)
House of a Thousand Corpses and The Cabin in the Woods make me laugh
Th Talented Mr.Ripley and The Silence of the Lambs are awesome psychological moves, too.
